Sergio Recco

Sergio Recco is an Engineering Program Manager and Systems Engineering Senior Manager at Lockheed Martin, where they have worked since 2007. With over 15 years of experience supporting Army and Navy missile flight test programs, Sergio has expertise in technical project management, system integration, and failure analysis. They have managed a Hardware-in-the-Loop laboratory and led cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and inclusive environment while mentoring junior engineers. Sergio holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University.
