Shari Sterling

Shari Sterling is the Director of RMS Advanced Manufacturing Technology at Lockheed Martin, where they are responsible for developing the advanced manufacturing technology strategy for the Mission Systems Production Operations organization. With over 25 years of experience in leadership roles across various disciplines—including advanced manufacturing technology, hardware engineering, and ethics—they have demonstrated a strong ability to build effective teams and align workforce goals. Prior to their current position, Shari held several senior management roles within Lockheed Martin and served as Engineering Manager and Ethics Director at KAPL, Inc. Shari earned a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
