Tahllee Baynard

Tahllee Baynard is the Vice President of Ignite at Lockheed Martin Space, leading the transformative innovation and rapid-development organization within the business area. Prior to this role, Tahllee worked at Lockheed Martin from 2015 to 2020 as a Program Manager and Director, overseeing subsystems and fully integrated systems for space applications. Tahllee's experience also includes serving as a Research Scientist at NOAA, where they developed custom instruments for studying aerosols and climate change from 2002 to 2007. Tahllee holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physical Chemistry from the University of Chicago and a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Engineering Management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
