Thomas Galligan

Thomas Galligan is the co-owner of Arrow Solutions Associates, a role they have held since 2017. They served as a Critical Infrastructure Protection Officer with the U.S. Secret Service from 2002 to 2005 and held various managerial positions within the U.S. Government from 1984 to 2011, including Applications Branch Chief and CISO. Thomas is currently a CISO for Leidos DOJ accounts and a Senior Manager in Program Management at Lockheed Martin Information Technology. They hold a Master’s degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Anna Maria College and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Westfield State University.
