Tiffany Pegues

Tiffany Pegues is a Global Total Rewards Executive with over 20 years of progressive experience. Currently, they serve as the Director of Broadbased Compensation at Lockheed Martin, having previously held the role of Director of Compensation Benefits within the same company. Tiffany's extensive background includes a decade at Sandia National Laboratories as Compensation Leader, where they developed compensation strategies and led a team of 14 employees. Additionally, Tiffany has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at The University of New Mexico, teaching courses in Total Rewards Strategy. They hold an MBA in Organizational Behavior Studies and a B.B.A. in Human Resources Management from The University of New Mexico.
