Timothy Pease

Timothy Pease is a go-to executive leader in Sustainment Operations at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, currently directing the Modifications, Upgrades, and Overhauls directorate. They oversee 41 geographic locations and manage modification work for various aircraft, including the F-35 and C-130, while leading a global team dedicated to mission readiness for the U.S. military and allies. Timothy has a well-rounded background in production operations at Lockheed Martin and served as an aviation logistics professional in the United States Marine Corps, including as a foreign security forces advisor in Afghanistan. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas.
