Joe Spair has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Joe began their career at Motorola Solutions in 2005, where they held various roles including Senior Account Manager and Inside Sales North America Order Management. Joe was responsible for managing large-scale projects and overseeing accounts in multiple states. In 2014, they joined The Douglas Stewart Company as an Account Manager and later became a Product Manager, where they played a crucial role in developing and executing product strategies. In 2017, Joe joined PowerGistics as a Channel Manager, building partnerships and implementing strategic plans. Their most recent position was at Pellitteri Waste Systems, where they served as a Municipal/Major Account Manager. Currently, they work as an Account Executive at LocknCharge.

Joe Spair attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Administration of Justice. Joe also completed another Bachelor of Arts degree in Administration of Justice during the same period at Southern Illinois University.
