Marc Weingarten

Marc Weingarten is a Senior Partner at The Locks Law Firm, where responsibilities include the representation of individuals injured by asbestos, defective pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and other defective products, as well as those harmed by negligent acts such as automobile, construction, and nursing home accidents. Prior to this role, Marc Weingarten served as a judicial clerk at the Chester County, PA Court of Common Pleas from September 1976 to August 1978. Marc Weingarten earned a Juris Doctor from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 1976 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Temple University in 1973.
