Tom Gowen

Tom Gowen is a seasoned attorney with over 35 years of experience in personal injury law, currently serving as a Special Master at the United States Court of Federal Claims since March 2014. In addition to this role, Gowen has been with Locks Law Firm since 2004, representing clients injured by carbon monoxide exposure, traumatic brain injury, defective products, medical negligence, and accidents involving trucks and cars. Prior to this, Gowen was a partner at Murphy Oliver, Caiola and Gowen from 1997 to 2004, focusing on cases involving brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and product liability. Tom Gowen earned a Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Haverford College.
