Tina Lafon

Tina LaFon is currently the Vice President - Manager of Operations at Lockton Affinity, responsible for leading the development of processes and policies for all operational units. Prior to this role, Tina served as the Vice President, Risk, Compliance & Quality Assurance at PNC Real Estate, overseeing regulatory compliance for all stakeholders. Tina also worked as an Assistant Vice President at Midland Loan Services, managing daily operations of the Insurance Department. Tina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and completed their Executive Master of Business Administration from Rockhurst University.
