Donna Gerek

Donna Gerek is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in account management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior VP - Account Executive at Lockton since July 2025, Gerek previously held several key positions at Marsh, including SVP/Senior Account Executive-Team Lead and Senior Account Executive from April 2020 to July 2025. Gerek's career spans over two decades, with significant roles at USI Insurance Services, McGriff, Seibels & Williams, and Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., among others. Gerek holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Stephen F. Austin State University.
