Lauren Hoare

Lauren Hoare (Assoc CIPD) serves as the Vice President of Global Associate Initiatives at Lockton, where responsibilities include driving communication strategies that align with company culture and facilitating engagement through technology. Previously, Lauren held multiple roles at Lockton, such as Global Technology Business Partner for People Solutions and Assistant Vice President, and has extensive experience in learning and development from positions at QBE Europe and Sky. Additionally, Lauren actively contributes to the netball community as the Director of Marketing & Communications for Europe Netball and as a Communications & Marketing Lead for Swiss Netball. Lauren holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Cognitive Neuroscience from Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The University of Sheffield.
