Dwayne Hollins

Dwayne Hollins is an experienced designer with over two decades in the civil engineering field. Currently employed at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. as a designer since July 2015, Dwayne has previously held positions at NTH Consultants, Ltd. and Atwell-Hicks, demonstrating a progressive career trajectory from civil drafter at CHMP to civil engineering designer. Dwayne's foundational skills were developed during service in the U.S. Air Force as a member of the civil engineering squadron. Dwayne completed education at Flint Southwestern Academy from 1986 to 1990.
