Rodolfo Silva

Rodolfo Silva has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 with an internship in F&B at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts. In 2016, they worked as a Receptionist at HOTI HOTEIS, where they displayed a strong commitment to providing excellent guest support. In 2017, Rodolfo joined Lisbon Marriott Hotel as a Guest Relations employee, managing daily VIP reservations and overseeing property and online review platforms. During their time at the hotel, they also worked as a Room Operations Supervisor & Manager On Duty, achieving high performance indicators and assisting the Director of Operations in strategic planning. In 2020, Rodolfo briefly worked as a Guest Relations Manager at JW Marriott Grosvenor House London. Currently, they are serving as a Store LiveOps Designer at Lockwood Publishing Ltd since 2022.

Rodolfo Silva's education history begins in 2012 when they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Tourism - Management of Tourism Enterprises from Universidade Europeia. Rodolfo then continued their education and obtained a Master's Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the same institution in 2017. In 2020 and 2021, Rodolfo pursued further education in the field of data science and business analytics, earning a degree from EDIT. - Disruptive Digital Education. Following this, in 2022, they attended NOVA IMS Information Management School to pursue a postgraduate degree in Enterprise Data Science & Analytics.

In addition to their formal education, Rodolfo has also obtained various certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Rodolfo completed the Machine Learning course by Stanford University and the Linear Algebra course by Imperial College London, both offered through Coursera, in September 2021. In February 2021, Rodolfo obtained a certification in Data Science & Business Analytics from EDIT. - Disruptive Digital Education. Rodolfo has also completed the Voyage Global Leadership Development Program by Marriott International in July 2020. Furthermore, Rodolfo has earned certifications such as Hotel Management: Distribution, Revenue and Demand Management through Coursera and participated in various entrepreneurship programs and competitions, including the European Innovation Academy and Concurso de Ideias Empreendedoras 2017. Rodolfo was also recognized as the winner of the HPE IoT Innovation Challenge by Hewlett Packard Enterprise in May 2017. Finally, Rodolfo attended the Pitch Bootcamp as a Bootcamper in April 2017.
