Leila Tavendale is a Principal Engineer at Locogen, responsible for managing and overseeing grant-funded community projects. She also has experience as a Senior Renewable Energy Engineer at Locogen, Senior Mechanical Engineer at Bailey Partnership and Blezard Ltd., as well as Senior Mechanical Engineer at Atelier Ten. Leila has project management experience in renewable energy projects and holds a degree in Sustainable Engineering from Lancaster University. Additionally, she has served as a PADI Divemaster at The Oasis Dive Resort and as a STEM Ambassador at STEMNET, mentoring young students in Engineering.
