Stevi Frooninckx

Stevi Frooninckx has a diverse work experience in the field of tax and finance. Stevi is currently the CEO and Chief Tax Officer of Loctax, a collaborative tax governance platform for global in-house tax teams. Prior to that, they held the role of COO and Co-Founder at Loctax, contributing to the development and success of the platform.

Before joining Loctax, Stevi worked as the Group Tax Project Manager at SCR-SIBELCO, where they managed global tax projects, including transfer pricing, M&A, and business restructurings. Stevi also handled overall corporate tax compliance and provided business support.

Stevi gained experience as the EMEA Tax Manager at Avnet, where they managed tax activities in the EMEA region. Stevi also worked as a Tax Advisor/Controller at AVEVE, where they provided tax advice and handled control-related tasks.

Additionally, Stevi has worked as Plato Peter at Voka - Chamber of Commerce Leuven, and as a Senior Tax Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Tax Consultants in Belgium.

Their work experience demonstrates their expertise in tax governance, project management, compliance, and corporate finance. Stevi's leadership roles and diverse experience have contributed to their success in the field of tax and finance.

Stevi Frooninckx completed a Master's degree in Tax at KU Leuven from 2005 to 2006. They then pursued further education at the EHSAL Management School (EMS) from 2011 to 2012, where they focused on Financial Controlling. In addition, Stevi Frooninckx obtained a recognized tax consultant certification ('belastingconsulent') from IAB / IEC between 2007 and 2011. They began their academic journey by earning a Master's degree in Economic Sciences from Odisee, a four-year program spanning from 2001 to 2005.
