Jessica Fong

Jessica Fong currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Locumsmart since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at CHG Healthcare from January 2021 to January 2024. Jessica's earlier career includes various roles at CompHealth, including National Account Executive, Senior Client Developer, and Client Developer, spanning from 2016 to January 2021. In addition, Jessica owned a sales consulting firm, Jessica Fong-Beckstead Sales Consulting, from September 2015 to October 2016. Jessica's experience also includes strategic sales for national accounts and emerging markets at Castillo Showroom from 2012 to December 2015. As a co-founder and director of the Palpitating Panthers Jump Rope Team, a nonprofit organization in Los Angeles, Jessica contributed to the development of young athletes, fostering a competitive spirit in the sport. Jessica holds a degree from Texas Christian University.
