Chasity R.

Chasity R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Chasity started their career in June 2016 as an Assistant Manager of Sales Training at LocumTenens.com. In December 2016, they transitioned to the role of Licensing Specialist in the Surgery Division, and then became the Licensing Team Lead in the Primary Care/Hospital Medicine Divisions in July 2017. Chasity continued to advance in the company and became an Operations Manager in July 2018, responsible for overseeing operations within the organization. Additionally, they served as a member of the Inclusion Advisory Council, demonstrating their dedication to promoting diversity and inclusivity. Chasity's most recent role was as the Director of Operations, a position they assumed in August 2022. Prior to their time at LocumTenens.com, Chasity worked at Jenny Craig starting in September 2010. Chasity began as a Program Director, and later became a Center Director from April 2013 to October 2014. In these roles, they achieved significant revenue and profit growth, managed employee performance through KPIs, and handled various operational responsibilities such as inventory tracking, financial reporting, employee scheduling, and client retention.

Chasity R. holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from Western Governors University.
