Dr. Maxwell Shumba

Dr. Maxwell Shumba has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dr. Maxwell currently holds the position of VP, Head Global Regulatory Affairs & Strategy at Locus Fermentation Solutions, where they oversee global regulatory affairs and strategy. Prior to this, they served as the Global Director of Product Safety and Regulatory Compliance at the same company.

In 2015, Dr. Shumba became the President of Zimbabwe First (ZimFirst)/ People First Party. Dr. Maxwell held this role until the present, actively involved in the political sphere.
