Kanchan Arya

Kanchan Arya has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. They recently joined Locus Fermentation Solutions as a Human Resources Generalist II in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at OperationsInc from November 2021 to May 2022. Kanchan also gained extensive experience as a Talent Coordinator at the Cleveland Cavaliers from September 2018 to November 2021, where they managed recruiting and onboarding activities and played an active role in the Diversity & Inclusion leadership team.
