Andy Archer is a Senior Vice President and Co-Founder at Locus since 2013 and Broad Axe Technology Partners, Inc. since 2008. Prior to this, Andy held positions at Decision Resources, Reed Elsevier, Harcourt, The Parthenon Group, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Andy received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a Master of Science in Economics for Development from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke University.
