Arshaad Mohamed

Arshaad Mohamed has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Arshaad'smost recent role was as a Senior Manager Pre Sales at Locus, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Shyft Middle East from March 2018 to January 2023 as a Product & Customer Experience Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the development of internal and customer-facing software, managing partnerships with third-party applications, and maintaining relationships with key clients. Before that, Arshaad worked at Datamation Systems (Pvt) Limited from 2011 to 2018. Arshaad held various roles including Project Manager Special Projects, Senior Business Analyst, Analyst Programmer, and Business Analyst. During their time at Datamation Systems, they led the development of the company's first mobile app integrated with the in-house ERP, creating a new revenue channel for the FMCG industry. Arshaad's early experience includes working as a Technical Assistant at Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology from 2007 to 2010.

Arshaad Mohamed has a diverse education history in various fields. In 1996 to 2006, they attended the Royal Institute (Nugegoda) where they pursued Computer Science. Then, in 2007 to 2008, they studied at the Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology and obtained a Diploma in Computing, focusing on Information Technology. Following this, from 2008 to 2010, Arshaad earned a B.Sc.(Hons) degree in Software Engineering from Staffordshire University.

Continuing their education, Arshaad enrolled at the American College of Higher Education from 2014 to 2015, obtaining a General Diploma in Psychology. Later, in 2015 to 2016, they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Counselling Psychology from the same institution, specializing in Counselling Psychology.

Additionally, Arshaad obtained two certifications to enhance their skills. In December 2013, they became a Certified Information Security Expert from Innobuzz Knowledge Solutions (P) Limited. Then, in August 2020, they earned the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification through the Scrum Alliance.
