Manu Yadav

Manu Yadav has a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Manu is currently working as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Locus since October 2022. Before that, they served as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Mercer India from September 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at udaan.com from July 2020 to September 2021 and as a Talent Acquisition Manager at OYO from March 2019 to February 2020. Manu also gained valuable experience as a Senior Recruiter at Times Internet Limited from March 2013 to November 2017. Additionally, Manu worked as an Assistant Manager at Huntsmen & Barons from September 2011 to February 2013 and as a Management Trainee in HR at BILT from February 2011 to September 2011, where they focused on recruitment, selection, employee engagement, and retention.

Manu Yadav completed their MBA in Human Resources from ISB&M between 2009 and 2011. Manu pursued their undergraduate education at Bharati Vidyapeeth, earning a B.E. degree in Chemical Engineering from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended DAV Public School in Gurgaon, focusing on PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) without completing a specific degree.
