Charles McGruther

Charles McGruther is Vice President – Structuring at Locust Point Capital where is he responsible for supporting the origination and structuring teams. His duties include financial analysis, loan structuring and reviewing operating pro formas. Prior to joining Locust Point Capital, Mr. McGruther spent several years in private equity real estate with a focus on skilled nursing and senior living properties. As Vice President – Underwriting at Tryko Partners, Mr. McGruther was involved in underwriting and closing healthcare transactions totaling over $430M. Mr. McGruther holds a B.A. in Economics from The George Washington University.
