Hilary Campton

Hilary Campton is an accomplished marketing professional and director with a strong foundation in professional services and B2B marketing. As the founder and director of V Formation, a marketing consultancy established in March 2007, Hilary has focused on delivering results for clients. Since April 2013, Hilary has served as the part-time marketing director at Lodders Solicitors LLP, collaborating with partners to develop marketing and communications strategies. In addition, Hilary holds the position of event director at ERP Today and works as a marketing consultant for GripAble. Previously, Hilary contributed as a trustee for Big Difference Company from November 2006 to November 2016, supporting the arts and health charity linked to Dave's Leicester Comedy Festival. Hilary graduated with a 2:1 degree in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham in 1994.
