Jim Paolino

Jim Paolino has worked in the software and technology industry for over a decade. From 2008-2010, they were an intern, then a Project Manager at Huron Consulting Group. In 2009, they began working at Res/Title, Inc. as a Software Developer, developing web and mobile applications and advising on high level technology decisions. From 2011-2013, they were a Senior Project Manager at Complete Discovery Source. In 2017, they became the Chief Sales Officer at Res/Title, Inc. and in 2013, they co-founded LodeStar Software Solutions, where they serve as the CEO and is considered a Subject Matter Expert on the use of technology in the Title Insurance industry.

Jim Paolino completed their Masters of Engineering in Information and System Engineering from Lehigh University in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their BS in Integrated Business and Engineering, Information and Systems Engineering from Lehigh University in 2009.
