Cindy Borland

Cindy joined Lodgco in 2004 as the Director of Human Resources and was promoted to VP of Human Resource in 2016. She is responsible for all human resources functions, including risk management, employee relations, recruitment, staffing, compensation, and benefits. Cindy works closely with our individual hotels to promote company values and assist the hotel leadership teams with guidance on all employee relations matters. A graduate of Central Michigan University, she also holds Human Resources certifications from both SHRM and HRCI.
