Kevin Rusch

Kevin Rusch is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in manufacturing and military leadership. Currently serving as Operations Manager for Enameling at Lodge Cast Iron since November 2022, Rusch previously held multiple roles at GE Appliances, where responsibilities included leading a large assembly team and implementing process improvements using lean methodologies. Rusch's military experience with the United States Marine Corps spanned two decades, highlighted by roles such as Director at the U.S. Northern Command Joint Personnel Recovery Center and Attack Helicopter Pilot, demonstrating expertise in personnel management, operations oversight, and aviation. Rusch holds an MBA from Florida State University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
