Oscar Rubio Martín began their career in 2006 as a Telephone Banking Internship at Banesto. The following year, they completed an internship at Caja Castilla la Mancha. In 2007, they took on the role of Real Estate Agent at Tecnocasa, where they managed the entire process of rental or sale for a portfolio of houses. In 2011, they became the Financial Controller at Atento España. In 2012, they founded and became the Business Unit Director of People Global Relocation, where they oversaw the mobility process and managed a team dealing with prospective students. In 2014, they became the Chief Executive Officer and Business Unit Director at Lodgerin, a web platform that facilitates rental and property management between tenant and landlord. In their role as CEO, they set up operations and business development teams at an international level for Lodgerin's business lines, and developed new projects for the brand's international development. In 2023, they joined Lanzadera as part of their Accelerator Growth Program.
Oscar Rubio Martín has a diverse education history. Oscar began their studies in 2004 at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they earned a Diplomatura en Ciencias Empresariales in 2008. Oscar then moved to Leeds Trinity University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business and Management in 2011 with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Most recently, they have been attending EAE Business School since 2019, where they are currently pursuing an EMBA.
