Cheryl Gilliam

Cheryl Gilliam has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to brands, marketing, and communication. Cheryl started their career as a Manager of Membership Services at the Wichita Area Chamber of Commerce in 1989. From there, they transitioned to the role of Marketing Services Manager at Summerfield Hotel Corporation in 1990. Cheryl then went on to hold positions such as Director of Marketing, Director of Training + Guest Services, and VP Marketing + Communication at Summerfield Hotel Corporation. In 2000, they joined LodgeWorks.L.P. as the VP of Brands + Marketing, and they continued in that role until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Brand + Marketing Consultant at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Cheryl later joined LodgeWorks Partners, L.P. in 2012 first as a VP of Brands + Marketing, and then they were promoted to Senior Vice President Brands & Marketing in 2013.

Cheryl Gilliam pursued their education from 1985 to 1989 at Wichita State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Cheryl'sfield of study revolved around Journalism and Advertising.
