Alvar De la Viuda Garcia has diverse work experience in the fields of content creation, instructional design, film production, directing, editing, sound design, and graphic design. Alvar began their career in 2015 as a Producer, Writer, and Director for the short film "Veränderung." In 2016, they worked as an Editor for the film "Medea" and as a Producer/Director for the documentary "Somewhere In London," demonstrating their ability to create content with limited resources. Alvar also served as a Freelance Sound Designer and a Community Manager & Graphic Designer for the British Spanish Society during this year. In 2017, Alvar De la Viuda Garcia became a Director for Met Film Production, where they directed a commercial for Pop Brixton's Knife Shed shop. Alvar also took on the role of Director, Editor, and Producer for their own short film "Limbo," showcasing their leadership and organizational skills. From 2017 to 2021, Alvar De la Viuda Garcia worked as a Director of Video for Prolix Média, overseeing video production projects. Since 2021, they have been employed as a Content Creator and Instructional Designer at Lodgify. Throughout their career, Alvar De la Viuda Garcia has demonstrated their ability to conceptualize ideas, manage budgets, lead teams, collaborate with clients, and deliver projects on time.
Alvar De la Viuda Garcia completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Filmmaking and Directing from MetFilm School in 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Licenciatura en comunicación audiovisual degree at the University of Navarra from 2011 to 2015. During their time at the University of Navarra, their field of study encompassed video recording and editing, as well as scriptwriting.
