Samuel Johnson

Director of Operations & Customer Success at LodgIQ

Samuel Johnson has held a variety of roles in the hospitality industry. From 2014 to 2016, they were an Assistant Senior Account Executive at Marriott International, and a Group Sales Coordinator at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®). In 2016, they joined Joele Frank as an Account Executive. Most recently, they have been with LodgIQ since 2018, holding the positions of Director of Operations & Customer Success, Operations & Revenue Manager, and Graduate Intern.

Samuel Johnson attended Northeastern University from 2009 to 2013, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics. In 2012, they attended the London School of Economics and Political Science for a Summer Program. In 2017, they began their Master's degree at New York University, studying Hotel Management - Hotel Finance & Revenue Management and obtaining their degree in 2019. In 2018, they obtained a CHIA certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
