Amit Bansal

Amit Bansal is a seasoned senior management professional with extensive expertise in fund raising and corporate finance. Currently serving as Deputy Vice President - Finance at Lodha since July 2021, Amit has been instrumental in fund raising across residential, commercial, and third-party logistics sectors. Prior to this role, Amit was with Adani Enterprises Ltd. as a Corporate Finance Professional from November 2016 to July 2021, facilitating fund raising for new business ventures, and began a career in Project Advisory and Structured Finance at SBI Capital Markets Ltd. from June 2012 to October 2016, focusing on end-to-end financing deals across multiple sectors, including ports and oil & gas. Amit holds an MBA in Finance from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Nirma Institute of Technology. Notably, Amit received the Asset Triple A "Deal of the Year - Oil and Gas" award in 2015 in Hong Kong.
