Manish Jayantilal Kothawala PMP, BE, DFM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the MEP sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of MEP at LODHA Group since May 2013, Kothawala has successfully executed over INR 504 crore worth of MEP works at the Lodha New Cuffe Parade Project in Mumbai and has overseen engineering, procurement, construction, and facility management for significant projects. Previously, Kothawala held leadership roles at Al Fara'a Integrated Construction & Industrial Group, ABB, Hamon Thermopack Engineers, and Mukand Limited, where responsibilities included project management, design coordination, and operational risk management.
