A significant portion of Rajeev's career includes tenure as General Manager - Contracts at Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd from April 1998 to July 2017, as well as General Manager - Tech at Shantivan Developers Pvt Limited from September 1995 to March 1998. Rajeev holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from Savitribai Phule Pune University, along with dual MBAs in Materials Management and Finance.
