Nicole Mullen

Nicole Mullen, LMT, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at LoDo Chair Massage, overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing a national network of 9,000 contractors, and driving strategic initiatives for business expansion since 2017. Previously, Nicole owned and operated Infusion Massage, LLC, from 2012 to 2018, where responsibilities included customer service, accounting, and marketing while maintaining high client satisfaction and retention. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Therapist at Massage Envy from 2010 to 2014 and Membership Coordinator at Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals from 2007 to 2011. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a focus on Non-Profit Administration from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
