Alvin Kopel

Alvin Kopel has extensive experience in managing technology services, particularly in home theater installations, computer services, low voltage, and home automation integration. Alvin has worked for several companies, including Loeb Enterprises, LinkBee, Sears Home Improvement Products, Zigmo LLC, The Home Theater Guys, Circuit City, Best Buy, and Sears Home Services, holding various positions such as Director of Client Technologies, Vice President of Technology Services, Area Project Manager, Western Regional Service Manager, Co-Owner & General Manager, and Lead Technician - Technical Trainer. Throughout their career, they have recruited, trained, and maintained a network of service providers, developed and implemented processes and procedures for improved employee efficiency, and led their teams to top ratings in customer satisfaction and service availability. Alvin retired in August 2019.

Alvin Kopel attended Pierce College from 1978 to 1980, where they studied Business / Industrial Education. Alvin did not obtain a degree during this time. Additionally, they obtained a certification in AC & Gas Furnace Installation/Service from North American Technician Excellence, although the specific month and year of attainment are unknown.
