Mamoon Rashid

Mamoon Rashid has had an extensive career in the technology industry. Mamoon began their work experience in 1998 as the Director & CEO of Hashe Computer Solutions (Pvt) Ltd., a global consulting and IT services company. At Hashe, Mamoon specialized in bespoke and enterprise application development, business process management, and software product engineering. Mamoon also offered outsourcing solutions and aimed to help customers improve services and reduce costs.

In 2018, Mamoon became the Chief Technology Officer of 401kplans.com LLC, where they focused on utilizing technology to bring efficiency and transparency to small plan retirement distribution. Mamoon continued working as a Chief Technology Officer at Creative Juice in 2020, a creative agency disrupting marketing strategies for millennials.

Additionally, Mamoon held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Loebig Ink, LLC from 2013 to 2020, where they transformed a hobby site into a full-service web design agency. Mamoon also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Loebig Ink during this time.

Mamoon actively contributed to the Protect Us Kids Foundation as the Vice President of Technology since 2017. The foundation focuses on researching the behavioral and socioeconomic factors involved in cyber-related crimes against at-risk youth and provides them with tools to navigate cyberspace safely.

As the CEO of Tarkhan.pk starting in 2017, Mamoon emphasized authentic design and original ideas. Mamoon also co-founded Halogen Designs, LLC in 2010, where they served as a Partner and CTO.

Mamoon founded Realtor Videos in 2020, where they held the position of Founder & CEO. This company aimed to provide innovative video solutions for real estate professionals.

Since 2018, Mamoon has been the CEO of Hire a Dev, a global recruitment company for offshore staffing in the IT industry. This company offers application and web development services, as well as server level management.

In 2023, Mamoon Rashid will begin a new role as the Chief Technology Officer at MOSH JD, where they aim to streamline the job description management process.

Mamoon Rashid obtained a B.Com degree in Commerce from the University of the Punjab, where they studied from 1990 to 1992. Later, from 1994 to 1996, they pursued an MBA with a Marketing & Finance major at The Institute of Management Sciences (Pak Aims). In addition to their formal education, Mamoon received additional certifications, including "Developing a High-Performance Entrepreneur Mindset Nano Tips with Terry Rice" from LinkedIn in December 2022, and "Leading and Working in Teams" from LinkedIn in July 2020.
