Nancy Straface

Nancy Straface has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Nancy recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Century 21 Department Stores from 2017 to present. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Century 21 Department Stores since 2014. Nancy also worked at Loehmann's, starting as the Vice President of Human Resources from 1993 to 2009, and then as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources from 2009 onwards.

Nancy Straface obtained a BA degree in English and Education from the University of Utah.
