Dustin Chapple

Dustin Chapple is a seasoned professional in quality management and engineering with extensive experience in various roles within the construction and fabrication industries. Currently serving as Divisional Quality Manager at Loenbro since May 2022, Dustin previously held the position of Quality Engineer at Springs ATG, LLC, where responsibilities included creating procedures and leading a quality team to enhance departmental performance. Prior to that, Dustin worked as a Quality Manager/Inspector at TIC The Industrial Company, overseeing project quality inspections and team management. Earlier experience includes roles as a Welder/Project Coordinator at Springs Fabrication, Inc., and as a Subcontract Rig Welder at DC Welding, where skills in welding, planning, and inspection were honed. Dustin's educational background includes an Associates degree in Welding Theory and Metallurgy from Idaho State University and a high school diploma from Hillcrest High School.
