Miranda Cruz has a work experience that spans different companies and roles. In 2013, they worked as an Office Assistant at Freeman Signs until 2018. In 2019, they joined Hillen Corp as a Human Resource/Safety/Payroll Manager and worked there until 2022. Currently, in 2022, they are working as a Human Resource Generalist at Loenbro.

Miranda Cruz attended Front Range Community College from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree with a focus on Business and Finances. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree with a specialization in Business and a minor in Human Resources at Regis University from 2016 to 2018.
