Tais Mazza Joudeh

Tais Mazza Joudeh has over 17 years of work experience in various companies. Tais worked at Loesche GmbH as the Head of Waste Conditioning from January 2018 to present. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Process Engineer Cement Technology and Hot Gas Generators from April 2013 to January 2018, where they were responsible for technical support, customer management, contract analysis, and machine design, among other tasks.

Before joining Loesche GmbH, Tais Mazza Joudeh worked at Kuettner GmbH & Co. KG as a Project Manager/Sales Manager Thermal Waste Processing from February 2009 to September 2012. Tais was involved in project management and sales activities related to thermal waste processing.

From August 2006 to January 2009, Tais Mazza Joudeh worked at Walter Brinkmann GmbH as the Leader of Sales and Process Engineering. During this time, they were responsible for sales and process engineering activities.

Tais Mazza Joudeh started their career at C.Greco Termica e Fluidos Consultoria Ltda. as a Project Engineer from October 2001 to March 2004.

Tais Mazza Joudeh completed a four-year bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic faculty of the University of from 1998 to 2002. From 1996 to 1997, they were an exchange student at Saint Joseph Academy in Cleveland, Ohio, where they obtained an American High-School-Abschluss. Tais then attended Colegio Etapa from 1994 to 1996, completing their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Energy Systems from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences. Tais also obtained additional certifications in "How to Make Your Charts Awesome" and "PowerPoint Quick Tips" from LinkedIn in April 2020.
