Alex Groen

Alex Groen is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales operations, website management, and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Sales Operations Coordinator at Loewen since September 2020, Alex has previously held roles such as Website Services Manager and Support Manager at The RCG. In these positions, responsibilities included overseeing website operations and leading strategic projects utilizing Lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Earlier experience at Loewen from 2016 to 2018 included roles such as Quality Assurance Group Lead and Drafting and Design Solutions Team Lead, focusing on quality control and customized solutions for dealers. Alex also contributed as a Quote Systems Junior Programmer, developing educational materials based on ADDIE principles.
