Alex Groen is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales operations, website management, and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Sales Operations Coordinator at Loewen since September 2020, Alex has previously held roles such as Website Services Manager and Support Manager at The RCG. In these positions, responsibilities included overseeing website operations and leading strategic projects utilizing Lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
