Zhagum Arshad is an accomplished entrepreneur and CEO with extensive experience in product development and e-commerce. As the Chief Executive Officer of Loft 25 Group since January 2008, Zhagum has spearheaded the creation of innovative products and brands. In addition to this role, Zhagum co-founded GP Triage Ltd and Cloud Surge, focusing on enhancing healthcare accessibility and digital transformation through AI-driven solutions and remote teams, respectively. Zhagum is also the founder of TriVA Global, Zonky Ltd, Game Over Ltd, Jardine, Gardenista Ltd, and Ready Steady Bed, each contributing to various sectors including virtual assistance, children's furniture, eco-friendly products, and gaming. Zhagum’s commitment to social responsibility is evident through the Loft25 Foundation, which supports charitable projects aligned with values of education and empowerment. Zhagum holds a BA(Hons) in Economics from The Manchester Metropolitan University and has a strong academic foundation from King Edward VI Aston School.
