Ellen Borchers

Ellen Borchers is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product development, global sourcing, and design across prominent fashion retail companies. Currently serving as SVP at ANN INC since May 2021, Ellen has previously held significant roles including Vice President of Product Development and Production at Lilly Pulitzer, and Group Vice President of Private Brands RTW at Macy's, where led the strategy and execution for the $275 million Charter Club brand. Prior to that, Ellen worked at Talbots with a focus on product development for a $1.8 billion brand, and also held leadership roles at Saks Fifth Avenue and ANN INC in various capacities. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Miami.
