Frank Deck is a seasoned professional in product management with extensive experience in marketing technology, optimization, and personalization. Currently serving as Senior Manager at ANN INC since July 2021, Frank leads a team focused on enhancing the anntaylor.com and loft platforms. Previously, Frank contributed to Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in various roles, including Manager of Digital Product Management, where the development of personalization features across digital properties was a key responsibility. Earlier career highlights include serving as an eCommerce Product Manager at 2Checkout, driving project design and implementation, and developing automated systems to streamline operations. Frank holds an MBA in Marketing Strategy and Human Resources, along with a BSBA in Marketing, both from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
