Jenna Lutz Montone is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience in merchandising and brand management. Currently serving as Vice President/GMM at LOFT since April 2023, Jenna oversees merchandising, visual, and site merchandising, focusing on sales growth and brand alignment. As a Multi-Unit Franchise Owner for two Pure Barre studios since June 2018, Jenna manages strategic direction and P&L while leveraging team support for daily operations. Previously, as Chief Merchandising Officer at Matilda Jane Clothing, Jenna led a team in managing an annual volume of $80M. Jenna also held key roles at Chico's FAS, Inc. and White House Black Market, contributing significantly to their merchandising strategies.
