Tara Royle

Tara Royle has a long and varied work experience. Tara began their career in 2000 as a Gymnastics Coach and Camp Counselor for Tumbleweeds Gymnastics and Tahoe Kids Camp. In 2005, they were a Marketing Intern for the Nevada Small Business Development Center. From 2006 to 2009, Tara worked as an Executive Assistant for The Brevard Group LLC. In 2009, Tara was the Business Development Manager for Kaia F.I.T., where they focused on marketing strategies, branding and franchise development in emerging markets. From 2011 to 2014, Tara was the Owner, Operator, and Head Fitness Coach of Kaia FIT Solana Beach, where they launched an innovative women's fitness gym and holistic wellness center. From 2014 to 2016, Tara was a Board Member for Pacific Heights Academy. From 2016 to 2018, Tara was a Project Manager and Team Coordinator at Nike, where they worked with all team members and functions within the IA’s most mature start-up to execute business functions and needs. From 2018 to 2022, Tara was a Strategic Marketing Lead, Associate Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Advisor, and Marketing Advisor at Compass. Currently, Tara is a Strategic Operations Director at LOFT - Part 142 CJ and Citation Training.

Tara Royle attended the University of Nevada, Reno from 2004 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. From 2006 to 2008, they attended San Diego State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Additionally, they hold a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
