Chih Chen

Chih Chen is an experienced program manager and advocate with a strong background in mental health, housing stabilization, and support services. Currently serving as the Program Manager for McEwan Case Management at LOFT Community Services, Chih Chen oversees the delivery of crucial support for individuals living with HIV and those facing homelessness and mental health issues. Previous roles include Coordinator for Sherbourne High Support, Legal and Housing Counsellor at Ernestine's Women's Shelter, and Community and Partnership Coordinator at St. Clare’s Multifaith Housing Society. Chih Chen has extensive experience in crisis management, service navigation, and advocacy, underpinned by educational credentials from McMaster University and Carleton University in Anthropology and Political Science.
