Camila Monteiro Casanova

Camila Monteiro Casanova is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management. Currently serving as the HRBP Manager at Loft since March 2021, Camila provides strategic support to C-Level executives and senior leadership in organizational design and compensation strategy. Prior roles include People Manager at CargoX, where engagement and talent development were key focuses, and Head of Human Resources at Neon, where Camila advanced people management processes and internal communications. Earlier experience includes positions as a HR Generalist and analyst at various companies, beginning with a foundational role at Neolog Consultoria e Sistemas. Camila holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication from BSP - Business School São Paulo and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Universidade Paulista.
